I just finished the movie tonight.

My goodness, it was sweet and tragic at the same time. I loved Vivien Leigh's performance, I think that she definitely should have received awards for this. And you know, I don't think I've seen Robert Taylor in a movie before, he did a great job. It's terribly sad to know that it is a true story. I can't imagine the amount of guilt she must have had, to kill herself rather than go on living... All-in-all, it was very well-done, and probably one of the best movies I've seen in a long time.

Nooo, Uncle!! First I entered here to say how impatient I was to see Waterloo. Then I only have read the answers (your answers) that have a quote of my messages first. I don't read anything that starts with a possible detail or explanation.

This is not a film for someone who’s looking for a light and frothy romance. It’s lovely and touching, but there’s a lot of sadness here too. However I am a big fan of this film and I love Vivien Leigh's performance! :) xx
