Star of the Month: Barbara Stanwyck
It was originally going to be Katharine, but then I realized I didn't really feel like having her as the star of the month for May; I wanted someone different. It took me awhile, but then I finally decided on Barbara.

Re: Star of the Month: Barbara Stanwyck
I've only seen Double Indemnity and TMMM but I'm interested in what Nat and Cheryl would nominate for her five essentials.
Anyway, you'll have to tell me where I can watch some of these movies!

There are MANY links to Barbara Stanwyck films on the "Stanwyck Fans" forum on this site, under "Classic Hollywood". I can't guarantee they are all still on YouTube, but most ought to be, and I add info there almost weekly.
TCM is showing some of her films tomorrow (5/15), too. I listed the times (EST) on the "Stanwyck Fans" forum.

I really wanted to include Clash By Night, but I can't find it on youtube, and so yeah.

Re: Star of the Month: Barbara Stanwyck
I haven't seen :
"Flesh and Fantasy" (1943) - an anthology film, with Barbara starring a segment of it.
"Red Salute" (1935)
"The Secret Bride" (1934)
"Mexacali Rose" (1929) - her second starring film
They are pretty rare and not on DVD, so I bombard TCM with requests - hoping one day they'll show them, lol.
